Generally Information
HDFZ-III Transformer Power Tester is an multi-function instrument which is used to test accurately a serious of parameters such as capacity, type, no-load current ,no-load loss, impedance voltage of various transformers. The test result of capacity and characteristic can be up to 100% accuracy rate. The capacity measurement range :10kVA~100000kVA
Features
It can measure the capacity of distribution transform and variable-voltage transformer, which is more convenient and fast to test without extra power supply .
Connected with external supply power and regulation voltage, boosting voltage, boosting current apparatus, it can measure the transformer characteristic parameter such as capacity, type, no-load current ,no-load loss, impedance voltage of various transformers
All measurement result can be calibrated automatically .You can input the parameter(temperature,No-load calibration factor), the tester can be calibrated automatically various parameters such as waveform deformity correction, temperature correction, non-rated voltage correction, non-rated current correction, which is higher accuracy for test result.
Max voltage range can be up to 750V, Max current range can be up to 100A. With internal protection circuit ,it can ensure the measurement accuracy without switching the gears during the testing .It will not burn up the instrument because of choosing wrong gears.
Voltage and current range can be customized flexibly during the transformer testing. It can expand the measurement connecting with external CT and PT.
With Large and clear LCD screen display, friendly interface and operation instruction .
It can automatically judge the performance level of three phase oiled transformer and transformer according to measurement parameters load and no-load loss .
