Technological process explain
Use liquid caustic soda to put the ammonia-wastewater PH valve
adjust to 11,then transport into steam stripping deamination tower.
Steam stripping deamination tower use common pressure to
operating,operating temperature 110℃.Choose steam circulating
process to ammonia-wastewater do steam stripping deamination.
In the steam stripping deamination tower,the ammonia-wastewater
that transport into tower downward flow,contact with the
circulating steam and supplement steam countercurrent from the
tower bottom,the ammonia content in the water reduced little by
little,on the stage of steam stripping got the deamination ammonia
water that the ammonia content less than 5mg/L
The deamination water water discharge the deamination system from
the tower bottom pump,outlet water temperature is 100℃.
From the top of the steam stripping deamination discharged the
steam which including ammonia through the steam circulating fan
transport into the bottom of the ammonia gas absorption tower,use
sulfuric acid to absorb the ammonia,to make into ammonium
sulfate.The steam which through the deamination and purification
back to steam stripping deamination to recycling.
The ammonia gas absorption tower continuous to supplied the dilute
sulfuric acid to absorb the ammonia,then produce the ammonium
sulfate solution back into the ammonium sulfate tank,then should be
delivery the ammonium sulfate regularly.

2.Ammonia gas absorption tower:operating temperature:110℃,maximum
3.The material characteristic:upper tower :solution that 30%
sulfuric acid and high temperature ammonium sulfate;middle tower
body:ammonium sulfate solution including acid and any parts of
steam which including ammonia;bottom of tower:acidity ammonium
sulfate solution and steam including ammonia,the concentration of
the sulfuric acid is 0-30%,the concentration of the ammonium
sulfate is 200-450g/L,the ammonia gas content in the steam is 4.5%.
4.Special structure design:
For the medium in the tower the temperature of the ammonia
steam,dilute sulfuric acid had already reached and beyond the resin
used temperature.Through the long time grope and test,we tested and
finished the formula of improve the resin corrosion resistant and
temperature resistant,and got the verification.In the resin we add
the temperature resistant filler to improve the resistant
temperature of ammonia steam and dilute sulfuric acid,and also got
the verification.This method make the FRP temperature resistant
improve the higher level.
