3-1. When installation, make connect the ground wire.
3-2. When working, do not open the doors.

IV The structure and principle of the machine
4-1. The annealing part, is three-section annealing, consist of
Preheating section, annealing section and drying section. The fix
speed capstan of drawing, the annealing capstans, are driven by the
same motor, through belts, so the speed of drawing, speed of
annealing, is the same, make sure no wire break.
4-2. The annealing capstans, are access to positive and negative
power, make the wire pass through the annealing capstans with
current, by short-circuiting, to preheat, anneal and dry.
4-3. The annealing current and voltage, by auto tracking the
drawing speed to auto adjust.
4-4. To cooling fast to achieve the annealing, the annealing
capstan is under the cooling water. There is a cooling tank at the
bottom of the machine, cooling water, better use fat content of
The pump shall pump the cooling water through the pipe and the
switch to the annealing door. Adjust the cooling water switch to
make sure the water is in certain height.
4-5. To make sure the wire while annealing, no Oxidation, there is
a steam-in protection pipe, connect the pipe to the Steam
generator, to use the steam to protect the wire from the oxidation.
4-6. In the exit of the drying section, there is a blowing device.
In the device, shall have two dies. Connect the air compressor to
the air compress input pipe, then out by the blowing device, adjust
the switch, to make all the left water of the drying part, on the
surface of the wire, blow away.
