Watt-hour Meter is a new generation electric energy measuring meter
made by advanced solid integration technology and SMT production
process . Electricity cost is prepaid before the electricity can be
used, and effectively avoid difficulties in receiving electricity
cost and meter reading, and using computer system processed
management and supervises and control in electricity cost of the
whole intelligence. It is used CPU card (intelligent card), has
