This bottle labelling machine is equipped with SS304 cover and aluminumalloy structure. It is suitable for the round bottle, square bottle, oval bottle, flat bottle, curve bottle, bottle mouth and bottle body. Blade replacement is easy and cost is low. Servo motor controls cutting operation to last the blade service time and make label more accurate. It owns automatic computer control, automatic detection, automatic positioning, fast label replacement, accurate label cutting, colour HMI with English and other characteristic. This labelling machine is easy to operate and no worker needed. It equipped with alarm device.

Adjusting part can adjust the label height which can suitable for bottle height.

Labeling separating area is clear and you can adjust the labeling height.

• Conveyor belt :

Conveyor belt : The conveyor belt is made of plastic, can be adjustable, work stable.

1) Control system: Brand PLC control system, with high stable operation and extremely low failure rate.

2) Operation system: 6 inches HIM touch screen, directly visual interface easy operation, with Chinese and English two kinds language (other languages can be customize), also rich with the help of the function and fault display function.

3) Check system: Use brand check label sensor, automatic check bottles, stable and convenient don't have much higher requirement for the worker.

4) Machine Material: The machine and spare parts all use material S304 stainless steel and anodized senior aluminum alloy, with high corrosion resistance and never rust.

5) Labeling way: use the cold glue to stick label and send label on product surface.

6) Low voltage circuit all use the brand products.
