Returned merchandise must be in a new, saleable condition and in
its original packaging. Product must be returned in the original
packaging or a return will not be accepted. We recommend using a
shipping service that does allow shipment tracking, PetSquared.com
is not responsible for returned shipments that get lost.
The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping
charges unless the product arrived damaged, is defective or the
incorrect product was shipped, due to an error by PetSquared.com.
Refunds will be 100% of the purchase price minus any restocking
and/or shipping costs (see Free Shipping Refunds below).
Shipping costs incurred by PetSquared.com are not refundable.
