The weaving, pre-washing, cutting and packaging processes are done in a clean room environment.
The washing process uses ultra-purified water and is dried in HePA-filtered air.
Polyester dust-free cloth is individually inspected and can be inspected from raw materials to finished products in batches to ensure cleanliness levels.
The ultra-fine dust-free cloth is packed and sealed in a 10-level vacuum bag in the dust-free room.
