1. Design Description

1-1. Air supply units

The air supply unit consists of a galvanized steel sheet housing, which accommodates 2 layer filters,, air washer ,condenser,heat exchanger and the supply fan.

The fresh air is drawn through louvers, is filtered through roll or bag filters, showered in the washer section, heated by heat exchanger, and then distributed to the specified area.

1-2. Ventilation system

The working area & booths are ventilated through separate air supply units.

1-3. Filter

Plate or Bag filters (2 level)with steel frame will be applied.

1-4. Air washer

The air washer has the saturating efficiency of approximately 85% or more and constructed so as to have no carry over of sprayed water.

The air washer comprises:

tank, 6 bend eliminator, spray headers, stand pipes with nozzles, pump with motor, and inverter, water recirculating line, make up water feed line, float valve, manual valves, maintenance walkway (upper and lower), etc.

Tank is made of stainless steel 304L 3.0t all welded watertight and furnished with the stainless steel wire mesh strainers, necessary tapping for piping connection, tank lid, etc.

Water eliminators is made of PVC, and maintenance walkways is made of stainless steel 304.

Water re-circulating line, make up water feed line, drainage line and overflow line are installed along with the manual valves, strainers, float valve, water solenoid valve, pressure gauges, etc.

Galvanized pipes and valves with the ordinary materials (not stainless steel) are furnished for external piping.

Washer pipes and stand pipes are made of stainless steel.

Spray nozzles are made of poly carbonate resin.

Relative humidity of supply air is directly controlled by inverter control of washer pumps.

1-6. Air supply fans

Air supply fans are centrifugal type having airfoil blades, suitable in construction for the industrial service intended.

Inside and outside surface of the fan is coated with epoxy paint after shot blast

Performance curves and expected noise levels dB(A) all fans are submitted to Chinese standard

1-7. Utility and Drainage lines

Utility lines, industrial water supply lines and compressed air supply lines use galv.anized steel pipes.

Manual valves, pressure regulators, strainers, filters, pressure gauges, etc. will be furnished along with these lines and ordinary materials (not stainless steel) are used .

Drainage lines from each air supply unit are installed and introduced to the trenches nearby.

Drainage lines are constructed of mild steel pipes with fIanged connection .
