Description


The 300~1500m³/day particle board production line uses raw material through chips preparation, flakes preparation, dring and sitfting, glue dosing system, forming and hot pressing, cooling &trimming and sanding section to make particle board / chipboard. The final size can be 4 x 8, 6 x 8, 6 x 9, 4 x 12, 6 x 12, 6 x 18. The particle board has homogeneous structure, smooth surface, good machining specification and manufacture performance. It is the ideal substitute of nature wood.

Continuous pre press belongs to particle board making machine, In order to ensure a high panel quality, a pre-pressing is usually carried out before the actual pressing. The mat made of flakes, fibres or strands is pre-pressed before it is transferred to the press; this is also referred to as deaeration. This is done by belt pre-presses. These compress the mats, some of which are very thickly spread, and reduce their thickness. Preheating of the mat is also possible. This increases the production capacity.
