Mechanical & Hardware

1. Mechanical part:
The conveyor belt import and export of this equipment can be connected with the customer's on-site conveyor line. The transmission part is the core component of the system, carrying all transmission devices and electronic hardware (industrial cameras, light sources, industrial computers, touch screens, electrical boxes, etc.) . The transmission part adopts advanced separation technology and vacuum adsorption technology to ensure fast and accurate imaging of the electronic system. After the test is completed, the device adds the function of counting the tested products.

2. Hardware part
The detection system uses multiple high-pixel industrial cameras and supporting industrial lenses, coupled with high-brightness stroboscopic light sources, to truly achieve 360-degree detection without blind spots.
The overall logic control of the system is implemented by a microcontroller. Specific functions include:
