How to measure temperature rising of the hair care appliance's swivel connection?

Measure the swivel connection’s temperature of the test sample (hair care or skin care appliances) with the infrared thermometer. The temperature value subtracts the previous temperature value before test is the rising temperature after test. The temperature rising of the rotary joint should be ≤60K according to standard requirement.
