Product Overview

Wellhead and Christmas tree equipment is an important equipment of oil and gas drilling, the casing head, tubing head, oil (gas) tree of three parts, used to connect the casing string and tubing string, and the sealing between the layers of casing and tubing annulus, and can control the production wellhead pressure and adjust the oil (gas) wellhead flow, also can be used in acid fracturing, injection, testing and other special operations.

Working Pressure: 2000PSi, 3000PSi, 5000PSi, 10000PSi, 15000PSi and so on.

Main Functions

Connect casing in the well, seal casing annular space and bear part of weight of casing; Hang tubing and downhole tools, support the weight of tubing and seal the annular space between tubing and casing; Control and adjust oil production; X-mas tree for oil/gas is a device used to produce oil/gas and tested after oil /gas completion. It is the main equipment used to control and adjust oil production on the top of gas and oil well.

Specifications for Wellhead X-mas Tree Assembly

We can supply the wellheads and Christmas trees suitable for land and offshore applications to explore, develop and produce oil. We design, manufacture, test and control these products in accordance with API 6A, latest edition and also hold a Certificate of Authority to use the API monogram for API 6A products. The main pressure-containing parts of these products are made from forgings or specially smelted low alloy steel (stainless steel) casings for high bearing strength. Wellheads manufactured by our company are available in pressure rating up tof105MPa, load rating up to 500 tons, material classes from AA through FF, temperature classes from L through V, product specification levels from 1 through 4 and PR1 & 2, and also meet NACE Standard MR0175.
