GGD AC low voltage distribution cabinet is a new type of low voltage distribution cabinet designed on the principle of safety, economy, reasonableness and reliability. The product has the characteristics of high breaking ability, good dynamic and thermal stability, flexible electrical scheme, convenient combination, seriality, practicability, novel structure and high protection grade. It can be used as the replacement of low-voltage switchgear. GGD AC low voltage distribution cabinet operating conditions:
Ambient air temperature is not higher than +60℃, not lower than -20℃;
◆ Indoor installation and use, the altitude of the use site should not exceed 5000m;
◆ The relative humidity of the surrounding air is not more than 50% at the high temperature of +40℃, should be allowed to have a large relative temperature at a lower temperature (such as +20℃ for 90%), considering the impact of temperature changes may occasionally produce condensation;
◆ The inclination of the vertical plane is not more than 5° when the equipment is installed;
The equipment should be installed in the place without violent vibration and impact and not enough to make the electrical components corroded place;
◆ If the user has special requirements, it can be solved through negotiation with the manufacturer.

Considering the price and the feasibility of using aluminum instead of copper, single aluminum bar bus can be used when the rated current is 1500A and below, and double copper bar bus can be used when the rated current is greater than 1500A.

GGD AC low voltage distribution cabinet structure features:
(1) GGD type AC low voltage distribution cabinet adopts the form of general cabinet, the frame is made of 8MF cold-formed steel by local welding assembly, and the framework parts and special supporting parts are supplied by the steel fixed production factory to ensure the accuracy and quality of the cabinet. The components of the general cabinet are designed according to the principle of modules and have 20 mold mounting holes. High general coefficient, can make the factory to achieve pre-production, not only shorten the production cycle, but also improve the work efficiency.

• The heat dissipation during the operation of GGD cabinet is fully considered in the design of GGD cabinet. In the cabinet body up and down both ends have different amount of heat sink hole, when the electric component inside the cabinet is calorific, hot air rises, discharge through the upper end slot, and cold air is continuously supplemented by the lower end slot into the cabinet, make the sealed cabinet form a natural ventilation channel from bottom to top, achieve the purpose of heat sink.

  (4).The cabinet door is connected with the frame by rotating shaft movable hinge, which is convenient for installation and disassembly. The folding edge of the door is embedded with a mountain rubber strip. When closing the door, the strip between the door and the frame has a certain compression stroke, which can prevent direct collision between the door and the cabinet, and also improve the door protection level.
  (5)The instrument door equipped with electrical components is connected with the frame with multiple soft copper wire, and the installation parts in the cabinet are connected with the frame with kneed screws. The whole cabinet constitutes a complete grounding protection system.
  (6)The top paint of cabinet body is polyester orange baking paint, which has strong adhesion and good texture. The whole cabinet is matte color, avoiding blinding effect and creating a more comfortable visual environment for the staff on duty.
  (7) The top cover of the cabinet body can be removed when necessary to facilitate the assembly and adjustment of the main bus line on site. The four corners of the top of the cabinet are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and loading.
  (8). The protection level of the cabinet is IP30. Users can also choose between IP20 and IP40 according to the requirements of the use environment.
