ZSL-5575 + T-6030 is a fully automatic shrink packaging machine including l sealer and shrink tunnel which can feed products, seal and cut film and shrink film bag automatically. it is widely used in food, pharmaceutical, stationary, toy, auto parts, cosmetics, printing, hardware, electrical appliances and other industry.

Technical feature

1. The product feed: Manual or automatic, two groups of photoelectric detect the product’s length automatically, the upper and lower photoelectric or both side can be selected according to the product.

2. Dimension adjusting: Width and height are easily adjusted by hand-wheel.

3. Suitable film: POF thermal shrinkage film. Thickness range of film: 15-30micron.

4. Edge film collection: Equipped with edge film collection device automatically.

5. The temperature of horizontal and side sealing knife: Constant temperature.

6. The driver of horizontal and side sealing knife: Driven by cylinder with cutting protection device.

7. Control system: Mitsubishi PLC control, working stability.

8. Air pressure: 6 bar, filtered through oil and water.

9. Equipment with caster and fixed food care, easy to move and fix.

10. Fast-loading film system and multiple needle-rolling punch.

High-temperature resistance conveyor tube: The heating tunnel will using the high-temperature resistance material cover the conveyor rollers, better for transporting product without plastic sticker and stable.

Samples: The vertical sealing height is adjustable to the height of the product, allowing for the sealing line to be in the center of the package.
