How Radio Shuttle System Works?

♦ FIFO - First-in-First-out

Engineering radio shuttle rack in your facility as a storage system to store short shelf life cargoes that require the first pallet in to be the first pallet out. It can be used to carry out a re-organization plan of your inventory, and when required, all pallets can be picked close to the unloading face.

♦ FILO – First-in-Last-out

For each lane that can handle one group of SKUs, pallet processing will take place in the main aisle. This means shuttle racks can go much deeper than normal high-density racking systems.

♦Shuttle's movement is controlled wirelessly using a radio transmitter via the operator. Multiple machines can be operated using one radio transmitter, which is very intelligent and convenient.

♦ Meanwhile, the truck drivers don't have to stand and wait for the shuttle cars, it can work elsewhere for free. This leads to high turnover rates while reducing the storage and retrieval time in half. Since the shuttle works on a horizontal surface, the load only needs to be evenly spaced across sections of one layer.
