The SRS699 CNC Container UV Screen Printing Machine is a fully automatic screen printing equipment for cylindrical and special-shaped containers, with an extremely wide range of applications. It can perform screen printing on various cylindrical and special-shaped containers such as plastic bottles, metal cans, glass jars, ceramic bottles, and stainless steel kettles. It is capable of printing thermosetting inks of various colors, meeting the container decoration needs of different industries including food and beverage, beauty and skin care, daily chemicals, and crafts. Whether it is a simple logo, an intricate pattern, or a gradient color effect, this machine can achieve high-precision and high-quality printing, ensuring that the printed patterns are clear and bright with strong adhesion.

It is equipped with a variety of functional configurations, including a gearbox feeding function to stably convey products to be processed; a robot vacuum directional feeding function to accurately complete the directional transfer of materials; a surface treatment function driven by the host speed-regulating motor, which can adjust the treatment intensity as needed; an electrostatic dust removal function to effectively remove static electricity and dust on the product surface; a flame surface treatment function to enhance the adhesion of the material surface; a pre-positioning function to ensure that the product is in an accurate position before printing; a container adjustable pressure inflatable printing function, which adapts to the printing needs of different containers by adjusting the inflation pressure; an automatic screen printing function to realize the automatic operation of the printing process; a motorized printing head lifting function to facilitate the loading and unloading of the screen; a screen motorized lifting function to facilitate the screen wiping operation; a high-intensity U.S. UV lamp curing function (optional LED-UV curing function) to ensure the rapid curing of printed patterns; a speed-regulating motor rotation function for cylindrical containers when passing through UV to ensure uniform curing; a robot vacuum unloading function to smoothly unload finished products; and an unloading speed-conveying function to flexibly adjust the conveying speed of finished products.
