DETAIL
Ø Product structure: The power box and electrical box are both made of stainless steel, and the markings are corrosion engraved, professional and beautiful;
Ø Appearance:
-The operation panel is placed on the top of the electrical box, making it easy to operate and observe;
-Two 100L stainless steel buckets are placed on top of the power box, and each bucket is equipped with a gravity visual gauge for easy observation of the liquid level inside the bucket;
Ø Control the power part
Using Hollywell servo motor as the drive, it is transmitted to two sets of gear pumps through a precision planetary reduction mechanism. Both sets of gear pumps are imported from Taiwan and Germany with specialized chemical grade gear pumps, which have the characteristics of precision and durability.
-Adopting Omron PLC control system;
-The human-machine interface adopts a 7-inch large screen Delta human-machine interface;
-Equipped with mixing and speed regulation of material buckets to prevent delamination of adhesive raw materials. Start and stop are controlled by PLC, and speed adjustment can be freely adjusted on the control panel;
-Each tank is equipped with 3 weighing level sensors and 1 pressure sensor to achieve automatic feeding and nitrogen protection;
-Two sets of discharge pipes are equipped with hydraulic sensors, which can automatically shut down and sound an alarm when the pipes are blocked or the pressure is too high, in order to protect the equipment.
