Selection
Select the normally open or normally closed type according to the
process requirements.
When selecting, consider the main control parameters such as
diameter, design nominal pressure, allowable temperature range of
the medium, and interface size.
Installation
The installation position and height must meet the design
requirements, and the connection should be firm and tight.
Perform an appearance inspection before installation to ensure that
the valve nameplate meets national standards.
Medium requirements
There are high requirements for the cleanliness of the medium. The
medium containing particles cannot be used. If it is impurities, it
must be filtered out first.
The viscosity range of the medium applicable to a specific product
is relatively narrow.
Working pressure difference
The direct-acting solenoid valve can work without pressure
difference, while the pilot solenoid valve must rely on a certain
pressure difference (not less than the minimum working pressure
difference) to work normally.
Leakage
The leakage of the test liquid through the valve cavity and when
the solenoid valve is in the closed position directly affects the
reliability of the solenoid valve action and the process condition
control quality of the system.
Coil temperature rise
The coil temperature rise exceeding the standard will affect the
insulation performance of the solenoid coil and the reliability of
the solenoid valve action. If the coil temperature rise exceeds the
standard during use, the power should be turned off for inspection.
Rated flow coefficient
The user can select the caliber of the solenoid valve according to
the flow coefficient specified in the technical parameters of the
solenoid valve.
