Description:
The DM2400 monochromatic excitation energy dispersive X-ray
fluorescence spectrometer for light elements (Si, P, S, Cl), also
known as the DM2400 MEDXRF light element spectrometer, is the first
monochromatic excitation XRF spectrometer developed by our company
based on decades of research experience in X-ray fluorescence
spectrometers and on the basis of the company's existing DM series
X-ray fluorescence sulfur analyzers, X-ray fluorescence
multi-element analyzers, wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence
multi-channel spectrometers, etc. It adopts the following
technologies and devices, making the energy dispersive spectrometer
DM2400 with a 50W X-ray tube have excellent reproducibility and
stability, ultra-low detection limit, and has already raised the
detection level to a new height.

Quick and simultaneous - The required measured elements are
analyzed simultaneously at high speed, and the content results are
usually available within a few tens of seconds.
