Fatty Alcohol Polyoxyethylene AEO-7 is a nonionic surfactant produced by the ethoxylation of C12–C15 fatty alcohols with approximately 7 moles of ethylene oxide. It appears as a clear to pale yellow liquid with a slight characteristic odor and excellent solubility in water and organic solvents.

This surfactant is widely used for its superior emulsifying, wetting, dispersing, and detergency properties. It is commonly applied in household and industrial detergents, textile auxiliaries, emulsification processes, and as a solubilizer in various formulations.
