1.Description:

This instrument can simultaneously measure the heat storage coefficient, thermal conductivity, thermal diffusivity and specific heat of materials under different moisture contents in a single test. The device is simple, highly accurate and has a fast testing speed (about ten minutes for a single test).

2.Standard:

JGJT 12-2019 (replacing JGJ 51-2002) (Light Aggregate Concrete Technical Code), JG158-2004 "Adhesive Powder Polystyrene Granule External Wall External Insulation System", and Appendix B of JG/T283-2010 "Expanded Porous Microsphere Lightweight Mortar" regarding the determination of the heat storage coefficient, the requirements of JG/T511-2017 "Building Insulation Ceramic Insulation Board" Appendix A for the test method of the heat storage coefficient of foamed ceramic insulation board, and the determination method of the heat storage coefficient in GB/T26000-2010 "Expanded Porous Microsphere Insulation and Heat Insulation Mortar".

3.Working Principle

The instrument is based on the principle of non-steady heat conduction. It heats the experimental materials for a short period of time, causing changes in the temperature of the materials. Based on the characteristics of these changes, by solving the heat conduction differential equation, the heat storage coefficient, thermal conductivity, thermal diffusivity and specific heat of the experimental materials can be calculated.
