※Introduction
The belt-type continuous fryer is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel and is mainly used for the continuous processing of nuts, meat, aquatic products, pasta, vegetables and other foods, such as fried peanuts, breaded peanuts, broad beans, green beans and puffed foods.
The equipment is mainly composed of transmission system, oil tank system, temperature control system, slag discharge system, automatic oil replenishment system and other parts.
The continuous fryer controls the circulation loop of the oil pump and oil filter system through PLC, exchanges heat through the heat transfer oil heat exchanger, can control the oil volume of the three oil inlets, control the frying oil temperature zone, and can adjust various frying processes.
