ISO 1182 Non-combustibility Tester Product Introduction:
The non-combustibility tester is developed according to ISO 1182 and GB/T 5464 standards, and is specially used for the non-combustibility test of building materials. It is suitable for the evaluation of Class A fireproof materials in the GB 8624 combustion performance classification. The equipment can test the composite material as a whole, or test each component separately to ensure that the fireproof performance of the material meets the standard requirements. ISO 1182 Non-combustibility Tester Features:
1. Adopting the automation design scheme, with the use of PID
temperature controller and thyristor technology, the furnace
temperature is adjusted and stabilized by reasonable switching
between the temperature controller and the power controller;
2. The entire temperature balance mode has been improved and
optimized based on the British FTT non-flammability test furnace.
It can automatically switch from PID temperature control mode to
power control mode without manual intervention by the user, which
can reasonably control the temperature and strictly comply with the
test standards;
3. The radiation furnace is heated to 750±5 degrees by the
resistance belt wrapped around the outer wall of the radiation
tube, and the sample is tested by thermal radiation. The resistance
belt provided by Motis is a Swedish Kanthal product with a longer
service life;
4. In the building material non-combustible furnace, thermocouples
are placed in the furnace, the center of the sample and the surface
of the sample. The thermocouples are American OMEGA products with a
longer service life. The temperatures of these three points are
tested separately. Monitoring can detect the following indicators:
average temperature rise in the furnace, average temperature rise
on the surface of the sample, and average temperature rise in the
center of the sample;
5. Equipped with thermocouples in the furnace, the temperature
points in the furnace can be calibrated according to the test
standard. The test device is equipped with a measuring tool that
moves up and down to adjust the thermocouple in the furnace to the
required height; at the same time, in the computer software, the
average value of each point can be calculated to obtain a standard
temperature curve;
6. Equipped with a 360-degree rotatable and liftable thermocouple
scanning device, the furnace wall temperature can be calibrated,
and equipped with test software to detect whether the furnace wall
temperature meets the standard requirements;
7. The stainless steel inverted cone air stabilizer and cylindrical
guide cover are both treated with Teflon to avoid erosion by the
test flue gas;
8. The heating rate is controlled by the test software, and the
furnace body temperature can be controlled in stages, so that the
radiation furnace has a longer test life;
9. Data acquisition and analysis software can automatically output
test reports through the computer.
