However, the one-step PERT insulation pipe production line cannot achieve the required production standards using conventional extrusion equipment. Consequently, specialized design is essential for the extruder's screw and barrel, the pipe mold, as well as the sizing and cooling systems. Within merely two years, Huashida Company successfully overcame 130 technical challenges and established China's first independently developed one-step PERT insulation pipe production line, which holds independent intellectual property rights.
