Excellent Reliability and Thermal Stability 18CH Compact CWDM CCWDM
Mux for Network Expansion and Data Transmission
18CH High-Reliability CWDM/CCWDM Mux – Thermal-Stable Solution for
Network Expansion & Data Transmission
Our 18-channel compact CWDM/CCWDM multiplexer delivers military-grade reliability with <0.01dB/km thermal
variation (-40°C to +85°C) and MTBF >500,000 hours for
mission-critical networks.
Key Benefits:
* Carrier-class stability: ±0.2nm wavelength accuracy maintained across industrial
temperature ranges
* Future-ready density: 18 wavelengths (1270~1610nm) in 1RU chassis for
space-constrained deployments
* Mixed-traffic ready: Simultaneously supports 10G/40G/100G protocols (Ethernet, OTN,
Fibre Channel)
* Low-latency design: <2.2dB insertion loss with <0.5dB channel uniformity
Ideal for 5G transport, hyperscale DCI, and submarine cable systems requiring zero-downtime wavelength management. ISO 9001 & Telcordia GR-1209 certified.
HJY offers a compact CWDM module that provides bandwidth capacity
expansion for future network growth in one of the small packages.
Its compact size and unique carrier tray set it apart, and can be
installed in a variety of field situations.
The compact CWDM is ultra low loss, super thermal stability, and
excellent reliability, with smaller size compact design to save
much space in the application. Applicable to CWDM system and
optional special service

Unique Free-Space Technology
The CCWDM Mux adopts Free-Space technology, which uses light
propagating in free space to wirelessly transmit data. Inside the
device, adjacent signal channels are cascaded by parallel beam
instead of the fiber. This saves a lot of space for package box,
and the unique workmanship also helps CCWDM Mux Demux with low
insertion loss.
Comparison between CCWDM and CWDM
Insertion Loss <2.6 dB
The insertion loss of CCWDM Mux is about half of the conventional
CWDM Mux. This reduces the overall loss of the whole link, and
leaves more choices for the design of the solution.
Compact Package Design
CCWDM Mux uses the parallel beam for cascading instead of the
fiber, which saves significant space. The minimum dimension of
CCWDM aluminum box module is less than the 1/4 size of minimum CWDM
ABS pigtailed module.
